Career Services Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern, you’ll own the learner’s success journey end to end, making sure they stay on track, are prepared for every opportunity, and have a smooth experience throughout their placement journey.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, following through, and making sure things actually get done.

What you’ll work onLearner Progress & Milestones

- Track learner progress and ensure key milestones are completed on time
- Follow up consistently with learners and flag drop-offs early
- Make sure no learner goes silent or gets stuck in the process

Learner Communication

- Communicate regularly with learners throughout their placement journey
- Share clear updates, timelines, next steps, and important information
- Help learners stay prepared and engaged at every stage

Interview Readiness

- Schedule and coordinate mock interviews before every interview round
- Ensure learners complete the required preparation before meeting hiring partners

Interview Coordination





- Coordinate interview rounds with hiring partners
- Manage schedules and ensure smooth communication between learners and recruiters
- Collect feedback after each interview round and maintain accurate records

Tracking & Operations

- Create and maintain learner and interview trackers
- Keep calendars, follow-ups, and status updates organized
- Proactively identify gaps and flag issues before they become bigger problems
