Job Title: Carpenter – Tower Maintenance & Service

Job Responsibilities

- High-rise towers/buildings mein carpentry maintenance and service work karna.
- Doors, wooden frames, cupboards, cabinets, drawers aur other wooden fixtures ki repair aur maintenance.
- Door locks, hinges, handles, channels aur other fittings ki repairing/replacement.
- Wooden furniture aur fixtures ki installation, adjustment aur finishing.
- Tower/common areas, offices, flats aur other building areas mein carpentry-related complaints attend karna.
- Damaged wooden items ko repair ya replace karna.
- Preventive maintenance aur routine inspection karna.
- Maintenance team ke saath coordinate karke complaints ko timely close karna.
- Required tools aur equipment ka safe and proper use karna.
- Building safety rules aur company SOPs follow karna.

Required Skills
- Carpentry repair and maintenance ka practical knowledge.
- Door, furniture,



wooden frame aur fittings ka experience.
- Hand tools aur power tools operate karne ki knowledge.
- High-rise/tower maintenance ka experience preferred.
- Basic communication aur troubleshooting skills.
- Safety procedures follow karne ki ability.

Qualification
- ITI Carpenter preferred, but experienced candidates can also be considered.
- 2–5 years relevant experience preferred.

Key Requirement Candidate should have hands-on experience in carpentry service and maintenance work in residential/commercial towers or high-rise buildings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
