Role Description

This is a role for a Career Readiness and Business Skills Trainer based in Varanasi. The individual will be responsible for conducting impactful training on career readiness, life skills, and business skills to empower students preparing for the workforce.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, delivering interactive presentations, conducting workshops,



mentoring participants, and ensuring aligned program outcomes. The role will also involve evaluating students’ progress and collaborating with other teams to tailor programs to meet learners' specific career goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Presentation Skills and proven ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
- Expertise in Training & Development, with experience in creating and executing learning curriculums
- Ability to teach and mentor participants in Life Skills and skilled preparedness
- Excellent Communication and Soft Skills to effectively connect with diverse learners and stakeholders
- Proficiency in working remotely, managing virtual training tools, and using learning management systems
- Prior experience in working with educational institutions, corporates, or government training programs is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field; certifications in training or facilitation are a plus
