Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with high school students and parents (virtual or in-person)

- Understand students academic background, interests, career aspirations, and guide accordingly

- Help students finalize preferred courses, countries, and universities (India, US, UK, Canada)

- Support with profile-building strategies (internships, extracurricular, summer programs)

- Assist in the university shortlisting and creation of application timelines and document checklists.

- Stay up-to-date with admission trends, university requirements, scholarships, and deadlines

- Conduct career workshops (Virtual or in person)

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred)

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in college admissions counseling or student mentoring

- Knowledge of admission processes for major study destinations (USA, UK, Canada, India etc.)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Empathy, patience, and a student-first attitude
