Job Summary

We are currently looking for a dependable Career Counsellor - Higher Education for a customer and business-facing role in Gurugram.

The role involves speaking with students, parents or institutional stakeholders, understanding requirements, explaining programmes or services, following up on enquiries and keeping records updated. You will coordinate with academic, operations and sales teams so that commitments made to prospects are followed through. People who enjoy meaningful conversations, build trust naturally and are comfortable working towards transparent monthly outcomes will do well here.

This is a hands-on position, with visibility into customers, business performance and the practical work required to keep things moving.

Requirements

- Experience: 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered
