XSpark Careers LLC is looking for a confident and motivated Career Advisor to join our growing recruitment team in Ahmedabad.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Position: Career Advisor

Employment: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentives

Experience: 1+ year preferred | Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply

Responsibilities

- Counsel candidates regarding career and job opportunities
- Understand candidates’ skills, experience & career goals
- Explain our recruitment and career services
- Conduct candidate calls and regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with our recruitment and placement team
- Maintain candidate relationships and records
- Work toward monthly counselling & conversion targets

Requirements
- Excellent English, Hindi & Gujarati communication skills




- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and skilled communication
- Experience in Career Counselling, Recruitment, HR, Sales or Business Development is preferred
- Ability to work with targets
- Basic understanding of IT/Non-IT career opportunities
