Department: Operations
Reports To: Assistant Outlet Manager
Role Purpose: To lead floor operations and ensure excellent guest service throughout every shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Guest Experience Executives and Runners
- Manage service flow • Handle guest concerns
- Coordinate with kitchen
- Ensure SOP compliance
Qualifications
1.5+ years' supervisory experience in restaurants/hotels (QSR or South Indian cuisine preferred).
Robust leadership to guide and motivate service staff.
Excellent communication and guest relationship skills.
Knowledge of POS, billing, food safety, and hygiene.
Calm, detail-oriented, and dependable under pressure.
