Production Support Analyst / Application Support Specialist (Capital Markets)
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Linux/Unix Administration
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying
- Experience with Autosys Job Scheduling
- Valuable understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management)
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience in Application/Production Support
