About Aarivow Entertainment

Aarivow Entertainment is a culture-first entertainment and brand solutions company working at the intersection of campus culture, live entertainment, brands, artists and youth communities.

We work with colleges, brands and artists to create experiences that people actually remember — from campus festivals and artist integrations to brand activations, concerts and large-scale youth campaigns.

We are building a strong pan-India campus network and are looking for someone who can help us own and scale that ecosystem.

The Role

Campus Partnership Associate

This role is for someone who understands that college campuses are not just databases — they are communities.

You will be responsible for building relationships with college festival committees, student bodies, cultural clubs, E-Cells, student communities and other key campus stakeholders.

Your job will be to identify the right campuses, build relationships, open conversations, convert opportunities and ensure that Aarivow has a strong presence across India's most relevant colleges.

You will work closely with the Brand Partnerships, Live Shows, Artist Management and Operations teams.

What would you be doing?

? Campus Partnerships

- Build and maintain relationships with college festival committees, student coordinators and key campus decision-makers.
- Identify major college festivals, cultural events, concerts and student-led initiatives across India.
- Build a structured database of colleges, festivals, POCs, clubs and student communities.
- Establish Aarivow as a preferred partner for brands, artists and entertainment programming on campuses.
- Continuously expand Aarivow's campus network across IITs, IIMs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, NLUs, AIIMS, private universities and other high-value campuses.

? Relationship Management

- Own relationships with campus POCs from first conversation to execution.
- Understand what each college needs — artists, sponsorships, brand activations, entertainment programming or partnerships.
- Maintain regular communication with student committees throughout the festival cycle.
- Build long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions.

? Business Development

- Identify opportunities where Aarivow can bring:
- Brands
- Artists
- Sponsorships
- Campus activations
- Entertainment properties
- Artist integrations
- Convert campus conversations into commercial opportunities.
- Work with the internal team to create proposals, commercial structures and partnership plans.
- Maintain a pipeline of upcoming campus opportunities.

? Artist & Live Show Coordination

- Understand the campus entertainment calendar and identify opportunities for artist bookings.
- Coordinate with Aarivow's live shows and artist teams for relevant opportunities.
- Help match the right artist with the right campus and audience.
- Assist in artist-led campus integrations and show opportunities.

? Campus Intelligence

You will also be expected to build intelligence around every campus:

- Festival names
- Festival dates
- Student strength
- Key decision-makers
- Cultural clubs
- E-Cells
- Technical clubs
- Past artists
- Sponsorship history
- Brand categories
- Commercial opportunities
- Social media presence
- Campus calendar

This information will become part of Aarivow's Campus Intelligence Network. ⚡ Execution & Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams once a partnership is closed.
- Ensure commitments made to campus committees are tracked and delivered.
- Maintain timelines, follow-ups and documentation.
- Support the on-ground team during major campus events when required.
- Be comfortable travelling for shows and campus meetings when required.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is hungry, extremely proactive and comfortable talking to people.

You should have

- 0–2 years of experience in campus partnerships, business development, sales, events, youth marketing or partnerships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- The confidence to call a college committee, introduce Aarivow and start a conversation.
- Solid follow-up discipline.

- Ability to manage multiple college relationships simultaneously.
- Good understanding of Indian college culture and student communities.
- Comfort with Google Sheets / Excel / CRM-style databases.
- Ability to research colleges and identify the right POCs.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and live events.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.

You will have an advantage if:

- You have previously worked with a college fest or student committee.
- You have been part of a college cultural/technical festival.
- You have worked in events, entertainment, youth marketing or brand partnerships.
- You already have relationships with college committees across India.
- You understand how college festivals actually work.
- You know the difference between a Cultural Secretary, Fest Head, Sponsorship Head, Artist Head and Core Committee member. ?

What this role is NOT

This is not a conventional desk-based sales role.

You won't just be

Calling 100 colleges → sending a pitch → updating Excel.

You will be building a network that Aarivow will use to execute brands + artists + entertainment across campuses throughout India.

You will speak to

College Committees → Brands → Artists → Internal Teams → Event Teams and learn how an opportunity moves from:

Idea → Relationship → Commercial → Deal → Execution → Repeat Partnership

Why Aarivow?

You'll get hands-on exposure to:

? Artists & Live Shows

? College Festivals

? Brand Partnerships

? Youth Marketing

? Experiential Marketing

? Business Development

? Content & Social Media

⚡ Event Operations

And you'll work on actual campaigns rather than simulated assignments.

The kind of person we're looking for

Someone who

Picks up the phone.

Sends the follow-up.

Finds the right POC.

Gets the meeting.

Builds the relationship.

Closes the opportunity.

And when the festival happens:

Shows up and gets it done.

? Location

Gurugram

Travel to campuses/events may be required on a show-to-show basis.

? Experience

0–2 years

Freshers with strong campus experience are encouraged to apply.
