About the Role

Fast Media Communication is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Camera Assistant to join our production team. Whether you are a motivated fresher eager to break into the media industry or an experienced assistant looking for steady work, we welcome your application.

This role involves supporting the lead camera operator/cinematographer on shoots, managing equipment, and ensuring smooth technical operations on set.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the main cinematographer/camera operator during indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Set up, assemble, calibrate, and break down cameras, tripods, lenses, lights, and audio accessories.
- Handle lens changes, battery management, memory cards, and routine equipment maintenance.
- Ensure all camera gear is safe, cleaned, packed, and accounted for before and after production schedules.
- Support basic on-set lighting and framing setups as directed.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.



Hands-on passion for cameras and video production is essential.
- Basic understanding of DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema camera setups (e.g., Sony, Canon, or similar).
- Willingness to travel to shoot locations and work on flexible production schedules.
- Physically fit and active, comfortable handling equipment on active sets.
- Punctual, collaborative, and quick to learn on the job.
