? Job Responsibilities The role will primarily involve:

- Connecting with students who make recent enquiries with IDP
- Calling prospective students and understanding their requirements
- Promoting and inviting students to IDP Education Fairs & Events
- Conducting student feedback calls
- Following up with students and maintaining accurate call records
- Coordinating with the counselling and sales teams

- Any Graduate can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with students over the phone




- Freshers and candidates with relevant calling/customer-service experience can apply
