Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, negotiate payments, and collect outstanding balances.
- Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize write-offs and improve revenue cycle efficiency.
- Collaborate with hospital administration teams to resolve complex billing discrepancies and optimize revenue cycle processes.
- Analyze data reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence in the RCM process.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in AR calling, Hospital Billing (VB60) within US healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of accounts receivable caller functions, including denial management and revenue cycle management (RCM).




- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
