Role Description The Quality Analyst role at LearningShala is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Quality

Analyst will review and evaluate processes, documentation, and service interactions to ensure they meet defined quality standards and support a consistent, reliable student experience. This role includes designing and executing quality checks, tracking performance metrics, identifying process gaps, and recommending improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as operations, counselling, and technology.

The Quality

Analyst will document findings, prepare reports,



and support training efforts to maintain quality benchmarks and compliance with internal guidelines. Regular coordination with stakeholders and participation in review meetings will be required to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to monitor processes, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Candidates should possess Quality Management skills to support the design, implementation, and improvement of quality frameworks and policies.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to document findings, prepare clear reports, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, reporting tools, or QA software to manage data and quality metrics.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work systematically and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in quality analysis, process improvement, or operations in an education or service-focused environment is a plus.
