Role Description The Cafe Manager with experience role at Grub Foods is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role oversees daily cafe operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, and performance management to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and monitoring costs and sales. The position also involves handling guest interactions, resolving issues, driving customer satisfaction,



and implementing promotional activities to increase footfall and revenue.

- Sales skills to drive revenue, manage promotions, and meet performance targets.
- Proven experience managing a cafe, restaurant, or similar food service outlet.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and basic inventory management.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, handle shift planning, and manage performance.
- Comfort with basic technology tools for POS systems, reports, and communication.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field preferred.
