We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Cafe Chef / Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Food Preparation &
- Cooking:

Prepare, season, and cook menu items (e.g., gourmet sandwiches, wraps, pasta, light bites, breakfasts, and daily specials) consistently according to standardized recipes and plating styles.

- Station Operations: Set up and maintain prep stations before opening, ensuring all ingredients are chopped, stocked, and stored correctly for high-volume service.

- Order Management &

- Speed:

Manage incoming orders efficiently during busy peak hours, keeping ticket times fast without compromising on food quality or presentation.

- Kitchen Hygiene &

- Safety:

Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Maintain a clean work area using clean-as-you-go practices.

- Inventory &

- Prep Control:

Monitor daily inventory levels, track prep sheets, practice FIFO (First In, First Out) for ingredient freshness,



and report low stock to management.

- Teamwork: Work closely with baristas and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth flow of service and clear communication on special order requests.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on cooking experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Chef in a cafe, bistro, or fast-casual restaurant environment.

- Culinary Skills: Solid knife skills, knowledge of food cooking techniques (grill, sauté, fry, assembly), and a focus on presentation.

- Work Ethic: Strong time management, high attention to detail, and ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.

- Certifications: Basic understanding or certification in Food Safety &
- Hygiene guidelines.

- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
