CAD Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CAD Designer with 2-5 years of experience to prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models for engineering and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models.
- Prepare detailed engineering, fabrication and assembly drawings.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and design requirements.
- Develop BOMs, dimensions, tolerances and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, production and fabrication teams.
- Make design modifications based on project and manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain drawing revisions and design documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant engineering standards.
- Support design development and manufacturing activities.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.




- Good knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T;.
- Knowledge of BOM preparation and assembly drawings.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Creo, CATIA, Inventor or Solid Edge.
- Knowledge of sheet metal, machining, fabrication or mechanical components.
- Understanding of DFM/DFA.
- Knowledge of engineering standards and manufacturing practices.

Education Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automobile Engineering or a related field.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
