Roles

- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records, ledger, trial balance, and prepare financial statements
- Taxation: File Income Tax, GST returns, TDS, and ensure tax compliance. Tax planning for individuals and company
- Audit: Statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and GST audit
- Financial Reporting: Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow statements as per accounting standards
- Compliance: Ensure company follows Companies Act, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Help management with budgets, cost control, and financial planning
- Advisory: Give advice on investments, mergers, business structuring, and profitability
- Banking & Loan: Prepare CMA data, project reports for bank loans
- MIS Reports: Create monthly/quarterly reports for management decisions

Qualification:
- Must Have: CA degree from ICAI + COP if practicing
- Technical: Knowledge of IND-AS, Income Tax Act, GST Law, Companies Act 2013 - Software: Gati
- Robust knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS and statutory compliances.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Articleship experience will be an added advantage.
