About the Role

We are looking for an experienced C# / .NET Developer with strong experience in FinTech, banking, traditional financial markets, or other regulated industries

. The ideal candidate should have a solid engineering foundation, an understanding of compliance-driven environments, and the ability to build secure, scalable, and reliable financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core .

- Work on complex financial technology platforms and enterprise-grade applications.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture, engineering design, and technical decision-making .

- Develop secure APIs, backend services, integrations, and data-driven applications.
- Work closely with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.
- Ensure applications follow appropriate security, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements .

- Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.




- Explore and integrate AI capabilities into products and engineering workflows where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of professional experience in C# and .NET development.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and backend development .

- Prior experience working with FinTech, Banking, Capital Markets, Trading, Payments, or other regulated industries .

- Good understanding of financial systems and traditional financial markets is highly desirable.
- Experience working in environments with regulatory, compliance, security, and audit requirements .

- Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering design principles .

- Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Good understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies and AI-assisted engineering workflows is a strong plus.

- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
