? We’re Hiring | Buying & Sourcing Head – Kidbea® Kidbea® is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Buying & Sourcing Head to lead our product sourcing and buying function. ? If you have strong experience in fashion/apparel buying, vendor management, sourcing, negotiations and product development, this could be your next opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall buying & sourcing strategy for the brand
- Plan seasonal ranges, assortment and category requirements
- Identify, develop and manage vendors and manufacturing partners
- Drive product development from sampling to production
- Negotiate costing, MOQ, lead time and commercial terms
- Ensure the right balance of quality, cost and timelines
- Monitor production, deliveries and vendor performance
- Work closely with Design, Product, Manufacturing, Retail and E-commerce teams
- Track market trends, competitor assortment and new sourcing opportunities
- Build efficient sourcing processes and lead the Buying & Sourcing team
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Buying, Sourcing, Merchandising or Category Management
- Experience in kidswear / fashion / apparel / lifestyle / retail preferred
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Valuable understanding of costing, fabrics, production and product development
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
