Job Role: Business Analyst The Analyst possessing experience to support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, presentations and process improvement. The analyst will also work closely with internal teams and management to gather business requirements, analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, management reports, and business performance reports.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards, and analytical models.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, reconciliations, calculations, and reporting.
- Prepare skilled and management-ready PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for business reviews, meetings, and leadership discussions.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analysis.
- Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
- Maintain and update databases, trackers, dashboards, and other analytical documents.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements from management.

Skills Required





- Extremely strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF/IFS, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and advanced formulas.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data interpretation, and data visualization.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to create professional, management-ready presentations.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and KPI reports.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools will be an added advantage.

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, Operations Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong academic and analytical background.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Excel-based reporting, data analysis, MIS, and PowerPoint presentations will be preferred.
