About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented qualified to join our Strategy team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background with a B.E./B.Tech and MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, along with hands-on experience in business analytics, strategic planning, and cross-functional stakeholder management within a manufacturing environment.

This role requires an individual who can translate business data into actionable insights, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to drive organizational growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business performance data and develop actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developing and executing business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, competitor analysis, and business opportunity assessments.
- Build dashboards, MIS reports, business presentations, and management reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing to drive strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of strategic projects.
- Monitor key business KPIs and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance review activities.
- Identify business risks, improvement opportunities, and growth initiatives through data-driven analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a structured and impactful manner.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelors degree in B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory).
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School (Mandatory).
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Corporate Planning, or Business Excellence.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing organization is mandatory and
- Needs to work with the Managing Director (MD)
