Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Business Process, Business Process Management, and Business Process Improvement, with experience analyzing and redesigning workflows.

- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.

- Consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and presenting process solutions to business and technical audiences.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or similar modules), including configuration and process integration.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

- Transparent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise process documentation and training materials.

- Understanding of enterprise automation, workflow orchestration, and AI-driven process optimization is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow certifications, Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM) are advantageous.
