About the Role
Xlimb Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Promoter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our prosthetic and orthotic (P&O;) products and services, developing relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals, and generating new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills who wants to contribute to improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for people requiring rehabilitation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and grow prosthetic & orthotic (P&O;) products and services across hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, and healthcare networks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and regular field visits as required.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Expand the company's skilled network and market presence.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain effective communication with existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and support.
- Prepare regular reports regarding business development activities, leads, and conversions.
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the company.
Key Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge or experience in the healthcare / P&O; industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the city/state as required.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare sales, medical sales, business development, hospital sales, or related fields may be preferred.
