Business Operation

Managers will be responsible to design, execute and manage a company's initiatives and operations

- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that core operational functions achieve their business objectives
- Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure safe and healthy working environments
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements




- Maintain working relationships with all other directors to ensure effective coordination of all company activities in support of corporate objectives.
- Evaluate overall company performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs as well as oversee regular HR operations
- Monitor the activities of IT Team, Administrations Team & other office responsibilities on daily basis
- Set-up new vendors & negotiate with all the asset vendors for the existing & new requirements
- Communicate & Coordinate with technology partners for strategic alliances (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.))
- Monitor the activities of accounts team & coordinate with finance team for weekly reviews with management team
- Act as the company’s main adviser on all issues relating to operational functions and keep abreast of latest developments to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Postgraduate in business administration
- 10+ years of experience successfully managing a complex enterprise's, finances, operations, or strategies
- Ability to make future projections (3-5 years) as an AOP
- Proficient ability to manage complex budgets
- Proficient ethical leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding people skills
