Business Operations Executive

At D HOMES, we are looking for a smart, proactive and responsible Business Operations Executive who can take ownership of important day-to-day business activities and help ensure smooth coordination across customers, stock and internal operations.

The ideal candidate should be organised, quick to learn, confident while communicating with customers and strong at follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily stock records accurately

Monitor stock movement, low-stock items and availability

Coordinate with customers through calls and WhatsApp

Conduct regular and professional payment follow-ups

Ensure timely replies to customer queries

Coordinate orders, dispatches and other routine business activities

Maintain proper records and follow-up schedules

Work closely with the sales, accounts and dispatch teams

What We’re Looking For





Strong communication and speaking skills

Good follow-up and coordination ability

Organised, responsible and detail-oriented approach

Basic knowledge of Excel and computers

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in textiles/furnishings is an advantage, but not mandatory
