Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai

Challanwala is looking for an experienced professional to build and lead its RTO Services vertical. The role requires a robust understanding of RC transfers and other vehicle documentation processes, along with the ability to manage a team, resolve complex cases and grow the business.

Key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of RC transfers, ownership changes, hypothecation addition and removal, NOCs, duplicate RCs and other RTO services.
- Manage and train the RTO operations team, assign cases, monitor progress and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with customers, fleet operators, dealers, financiers, RTO offices and service partners to resolve documentation and process issues.
- Establish clear workflows, turnaround times, quality checks and reporting for each service.




- Identify opportunities to expand Challanwala’s RTO services across locations and customer segments.
- Track the vertical’s service quality, revenue, costs and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience working in the RTO services or vehicle documentation domain; applicants without relevant domain experience will not be considered.
- Thorough working knowledge of RC transfers and related RTO procedures, documentation and common case exceptions.
- Experience managing an operations team and handling cases across multiple locations.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to take ownership of both service delivery and growth of the vertical.
