The ideal candidate will bring solid leadership, operational expertise, and strategic vision to manage day-to-day operations, lead a team of 50 employees, and ensure seamless coordination with MNC clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1.Team Leadership: oLead and manage a team of 50 employees across multiple business verticals. oFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team. 2.Operational Management: oOversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. oEnsure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and compliance standards. oManage logistics, stock control, and supply chain for the warehouse; ensure timely delivery and optimal storage of goods. oEnsure smooth running of Retail Business operations, including fuel supply management, staff discipline, and customer service. oImplement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize processes for both business functions. o 3.Financial Oversight: oMonitor and manage the financial health of both the entity, ensuring budget adherence and profitability. oLead the preparation and review of financial statements, reports, and forecasts. oOversee financial activities, including cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting for both businesses.



oImplement internal controls to ensure accurate accounting and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. o 4.Client Management: oBuild and maintain strong relationships with MNC clients and key stakeholders. oLead interactions and communications with Indian Oil, overseas clients, and other regulatory authorities. 5.Risk Management: oIdentify, assess, and mitigate operational and strategic risks. oReview and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industry-specific regulations. 6.Business Planning &

• Profitability: oWork closely with promoters to develop and execute business plans. oDrive profitability, monitor cash flow, and ensure financial health of the entities. 7.Legal and Compliance Oversight: oApprove drafts, contracts, and legal documents related to business operations. oEnsure adherence to legal requirements and corporate governance standards. 8.Group Business Coordination: oProvide leadership support for all other group businesses as required. Requirements: ∙Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Engineering MBA ( Finance) from a reputed institution. ∙Experience: Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in Retail/Oil &

• Gas and Warehousing sectors. ∙Age: 50 years. ∙Skills: oExceptional leadership and team management abilities. oStrong analytical, risk management, and decision-making skills. oExcellent communication and coordination skills for managing stakeholders.

Pay: ₹19,565.18 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
