Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage farm equipment loan sales at dealerships across India.
- Identify current business opportunities and develop strategies to increase tractor loan portfolio growth.
- Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored financing solutions for farming equipment purchases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to tractor loans.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from existing borrowers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in tractor & farm equipment loans, rural finance, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of agriculture industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Proficiency in retail sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
