Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Tele Sales and Field Sales Executives.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on leads and support the sales process.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and sales executives.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads.
- Update and maintain customer and sales follow-up details.

Skills Required
- Good communication skills.




- Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
- English communication is not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
