Role Overview The Business Development Lead (BDL) will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition and digital payment adoption in the assigned territory. The role involves managing and leading a team of Field Sales Executives (FOS/FSEs), driving the deployment of QR codes and soundbox devices, achieving business targets, and maintaining strong merchant relationships.

Key Responsibilities




- Bring and onboard a team of 710 FOS/FSEs on the date of joining.
- Drive merchant onboarding for digital payment solutions
- Promote and sell QR codes, Soundbox devices, and other payment solutions
- Monitor daily sales activities and field performance
- Manage, guide, motivate, and support the field sales team
- Train team members on sales processes, products, and merchant acquisition
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track team productivity and take corrective actions to improve performance
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants and ensure quality onboarding
- Drive business growth and achieve assigned territory target.
