Role Description The Business Development Specialist will work on-site in Bhiwani in a full-time capacity, focusing on identifying and developing new business opportunities for SPA Capital Services Ltd. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting market research to understand local and regional opportunities, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. The role involves presenting financial solutions, coordinating with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipelines.





The Specialist will also support client service initiatives, prepare reports and presentations, and contribute to local marketing and outreach efforts to strengthen SPA’s presence in the region.

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial and market data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and support clients professionally.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects and assess business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess relationship-building capabilities and basic sales or business development experience in financial services or a related sector.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, comfort with CRM or sales-tracking software, and the ability to work independently with clear targets are beneficial.
- Knowledge of local markets in and around Bhiwani and familiarity with financial products and advisory services will be an advantage.
