Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for handling assigned leads, understanding client requirements, presenting IT/digital services, managing follow-ups, coordinating proposals, and driving opportunities towards closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and qualify company-provided leads.
- Connect with prospects, understand their IT/digital requirements, and identify suitable solutions.
- Present IT and digital services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals/quotations with the internal technical team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and support negotiations through closure.
- Maintain and update lead pipelines and CRM records.




- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and project handover.
- Manage existing client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in IT services, software, SaaS, digital services, or a related industry will be preferred.
- Valuable understanding of the sales cycle and lead management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, email, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to independently manage assigned leads from qualification to closure.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
