Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Jaipur. The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and support the sales pipeline from initial outreach through to deal closure. Daily activities include conducting market research, generating and following up on leads, presenting Betasaurus services to potential clients, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.

The role also involves tracking performance metrics,



maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing timely updates and reports to management. This position requires proactive engagement with local and national businesses to support agency growth targets.

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret market data, campaign performance, and sales metrics.
