Business Development & Sales Executive – Intern / Experienced

We are looking for a motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to handle leads generated through Meta Ads.

Responsibilities:

- Call Meta-generated leads
- Understand customer requirements
- Follow up with interested leads
- Conduct product/service demos
- Explain pricing and benefits
- Handle basic objections
- Convert qualified leads into customers
- Maintain lead and follow-up records

Requirements:

- Excellent Hindi & English communication
- Confident speaking skills
- Comfortable making calls and conducting demos
- Good follow-up discipline
- Sales/BD experience is a plus
- Freshers and interns with solid communication skills can apply

Compensation:

- Salary/Stipend: ₹10,000–₹30,000/month, depending on experience
- Performance-based incentives
- Additional incentives for successful conversions
- Growth opportunity based on performance
