Job Responsibilities

- We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth for our media business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with brands and agencies, developing tailored solutions, and closing high-value partnerships across digital content, influencer marketing, branded content, production, and media solutions.

- Drive business growth by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients across brands, agencies, startups, and enterprises while achieving revenue targets.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events, converting qualified leads into long-term partnerships.

- Lead business pitches, prepare proposals, commercial quotations, scopes of work, and negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize business value.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities across digital media, influencer marketing, OTT, branded content,



and the creator economy to recommend innovative partnerships.

- Maintain CRM accuracy, track sales pipeline and performance metrics, prepare revenue forecasts and reports, and ensure smooth project handovers while fostering long-term client relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 2-6 years of experience in business development, advertising, media sales, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.

- Existing network with brands, media agencies, or marketing decision-makers is highly preferred.

- Proven ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.

- Commercial acumen with experience in pricing and negotiations.
