Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

· Sales & Market Development o Develop and execute strategic sales plans for powder coatings.

o Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, Coaters, clients and distributors.

· Market Share Improvement o Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.

o Implement initiatives to increase brand visibility and product penetration.

· Current Customer Acquisition o Prospect and onboard new customers in untapped regions.

o Customize product offerings based on local environmental and regulatory conditions.





· Product Recommendation & Technical Support o Understand powder coating technologies and recommend appropriate products for varying climates and applications.

o Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product suitability and performance.

o Troubleshooting at the customer line in case required.

· Sales and Service Operations o Manage Sales and Service operations for customers.

o Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and deliver the best customer service.

· Cross-Functional Coordination o Work closely with production, R&D;, and technical service teams to align product capabilities with market needs.

o Provide customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
