Role Description The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in engineering, construction, and interior fit-out projects, including market research, lead generation, and pipeline management. The role includes developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, supporting pricing and contract discussions,



and coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.

The Business Development

Officer will monitor market trends and competitor activities, contribute to sales strategies, and ensure high standards of communication and customer service throughout the business development cycle.

Qualifications

- Business growth and sales skills, including New Business Development and client acquisition capabilities.
- Strong Analytical Skills and familiarity with Finance to support pricing, forecasting, and opportunity evaluation.
- Excellent Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Customer Service orientation with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage multiple opportunities, and meet business development targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with robust organizational and time-management skills.
