About us

Create Something Beyond is an AI-native creative studio. We make AI films, AI ad campaigns, brand content, and performance marketing for brands that want work that looks like nothing else in their feed. We lead with directorial craft and taste, and we use AI to deliver cinematic quality at a speed and cost traditional production can't match.

Our production side is solid. Now we're looking for independent partners who can bring the right clients to it.

The role

This is a commission-only, independent partner role, not a salaried position. You find and open conversations with brands that need AI films, ads, or campaign management, and introduce them to us. We handle the pitch, pricing, and delivery with you, and you earn a commission on every client you bring in.

It suits someone who already talks to brand owners, marketing heads, or agencies and wants a high-quality, in-demand service to add to what they offer.

What we sell

- AI brand films and product films
- AI video ads for social and digital campaigns
- Meta ads campaign management (monthly retainers)
- Brand content, social media content, websites, and branding

What you'll do

- Identify brands, startups, and agencies that need AI-driven creative or ad campaigns.
- Open conversations through your network, LinkedIn, email, or events.
- Qualify leads (budget, timeline, need) and book discovery calls with our team.
- Stay involved through the close, and keep the relationship warm for repeat work.





Who we're looking for

- 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, ideally at a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
- An existing network of decision-makers at brands, D2C companies, startups, or agencies.
- A track record you can point to: clients you've closed and deals you've brought in.
- Comfortable with independent, results-based work.
- Honest selling. We'd rather lose a deal than overpromise.

Commission structure

- Project work (AI films, AI ads, branding, websites): 15% of the project value.
- Retainers (Meta ads management, monthly content): 10% of monthly fees for the first 12 months of the client relationship.
- Repeat projects from a client you brought in: 10% for 12 months from the first project.
- Commission is paid within 7 days of the client's payment reaching us.
