Core Roles & Responsibilities – Technical Business Development

Sales Pipeline, Forecasting & Business Analysis

· Maintain the standard Sales/Enquiry Tracking Excel sheet with every RFQ, customer, project value, quotation date, revision, status, next action, expected order date and responsible person.

· Track the complete funnel: RFQ → requirement clarification → PFD → concept → technical proposal → commercial quotation → negotiation → customer decision → PO received/lost.

· Prepare monthly and quarterly business forecasts based on live opportunities, probability, expected order value and expected order timing.
