Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDM) CDMO/CMO Pharmaceuticals/ Nutraceutical

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience

1-2 Years in B2B pharmaceutical business development, preferably in CDMO/CMO, third-party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or nutraceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth by acquiring new domestic B2B clients for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical contract manufacturing.
- Identify current business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, brand owners.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, techno-commercial discussions, quotations, negotiation, and order closure.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Regulatory, QA, Production, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Develop product proposals, company presentations, and customized solutions based on client needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Represent the company at pharma exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and identify new product and business opportunities.
- Utilize AI tools and CRM systems to improve customer engagement, sales planning, reporting, and productivity.

Qualifications

- B.Pharm + MBA (Marketing) Preferred
- M.Pharm + MBA (Marketing) Highly Preferred

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of CDMO/CMO business models, pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and product development.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals and managing key accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM software, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, etc.).
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
