- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of proven work experience in related roles.
- Proven track record of success in Software/IT sales, preferably within the education industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,



with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers, understanding their pain points and proposing effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Remote role with frequent travel to Schools & Colleges across your territory for meetings, and events.
- Versatile work hours may be required to accommodate customer schedules and sales activities.
- Performance-based compensation structure with incentives tied to sales targets and objectives.
