Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented RTA Sales / Business Development professional to drive business growth for RTA and related capital-market services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate/issuer clients, developing relationships with companies and intermediaries, generating business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Role & responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients for RTA, share registry, IPO and related investor/corporate services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with listed and unlisted companies, corporates, merchant bankers, brokers, financial institutions and other capital-market participants.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, industry events and existing relationships.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients and understand their RTA/service requirements.
- Prepare commercial proposals, coordinate negotiations and drive opportunities through to closure.
- Work closely with internal operations, compliance,



technology and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on prospects, meetings, proposals and closures.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales/revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market developments and emerging opportunities in the RTA and capital-market sector.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling relevant services.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-8 years of experience in RTA, capital markets, financial services, IPO, corporate registry or related B2B sales.
- Candidates currently working with RTA/registrar companies will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of the RTA and capital-market ecosystem.
- Existing relationships with corporates, listed companies, merchant bankers, brokers or other market participants will be an advantage.
