Title/Designation - Business Development Manager

Minimum Required

Qualification, Skill,

Experience, Training - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration or related field.  Minimum 12 years of experience in business development with similar position within the industrial services, oil & gas or related field, preferably GCC experience.  Robust knowledge of client/vendor registration processes, prequalification,

and bidding procedures.  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  Proven track record of achieving KPIs and business growth targets.  Ability to conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.  Strong client relationship management and networking skills.

Adhere to Company Safety, Quality Policies, Rules and Regulations, as well as client’s specific policies.  To approach clients for introducing innovative technologies / services.  To organize and lead the events,



conferences, exhibitions and inviting partners to demonstrate the capabilities.  Organize and prepare the presentation along with brochures, slides,

photographs and reports.  Frequent visits to clients for targeting and follow up for upcoming business opportunities and reports to management.  To understand the client requirements for specialized services and providing better solutions / technologies in consultation with the operations team.  Conducting frequent internal meetings for arranging the client visits,

presentations & technical meetings / summits.  To develop and review Memorandum of understanding with any other third parties.  To Identify and develop a new business line with the company strategic objectives by possible collaboration.
