Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Hyderabad.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new corporate training opportunities, build and maintain solid relationships with client organizations, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. This role includes meeting potential clients, understanding their training needs, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts.

Manager will collaborate with training and academic teams to align offerings with market demand and client requirements. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining an accurate pipeline,



and providing regular business forecasts and market insights to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Experience in client relationship management, account growth, and stakeholder engagement at corporate or institutional levels.
- Familiarity with corporate training or edtech solutions, particularly in areas such as data science, cloud computing, AI, or related technologies.
- Ability to create and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar role within training, education, IT services, or technology consulting is preferred.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, growth-focused environment and collaborating across teams.
