Job SummaryWe are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, develop new business opportunities, expand the dealer network, and build robust relationships with retailers, dealers, and jewellery businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with jewellers, dealers, retailers, and business partners.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings.
- Expand the company’s dealer and customer network.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable diamond & jewellery solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Experience in the diamond or jewellery industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the jewellery/diamond market and customer network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and client meetings.
- Candidates with an established network of jewellers/dealers will be preferred.
