Olive Hospitality is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Manager – Business Development to drive our hotel growth and expansion initiatives across North India.
? Location: Gurugram
? Experience: 5–9 years
? Brands: Olive Hotels & Spark by Hilton
? Region: North India
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in hotel development, hospitality business development, hotel expansion, or hospitality-focused real estate development
- Proven track record of hotel signings, including management agreements, franchise agreements, and/or lease opportunities
- Solid network of hotel owners, developers, consultants, brokers, and industry stakeholders across North India
- Strong negotiation, commercial, relationship-management, and deal-structuring skills
- Ability to independently build and manage a healthy development pipeline
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the footprint of Olive Hotels and Spark by Hilton and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant ownership.
