As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of student acquisition, digital lead generation and institutional outreach.

About the RoleThis is a hands-on business development and growth role for someone who understands both digital marketing and relationship building.

You will be responsible for generating quality student enquiries through Google Ads and Meta Ads, while also developing relationships with schools, colleges and educational institutions to create new outreach and student acquisition opportunities.

We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for opportunities to come in — but actively creates them.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for student lead generation.
- Work closely with the counselling team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Analyse campaign performance, CPL, lead quality and other relevant growth metrics.
- Identify new digital channels and opportunities for student acquisition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and educational organisations.
- Plan and execute school & college outreach activities, seminars, career sessions and student engagement initiatives.
- Build institutional partnerships that can generate consistent student enquiries.




- Identify recent business opportunities across Indore and surrounding markets.
- Develop and execute local and regional business development strategies.
- Maintain regular reporting on leads, partnerships, outreach activities and conversions.
- Work closely with the Founder and internal team to achieve business growth objectives.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, digital marketing, education, student recruitment or a related field.
- Hands-on understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with school/college outreach or institutional partnerships will be highly valued.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Comfortable communicating with school/college management, students and parents.
- Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiatives.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
