Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries such as steel, mining, chemicals, pharma, and power,

- Understand client requirements (greenfield, brownfield, revamp, or expansion projects) and propose tailored engineering and EPC solutions.

- Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation and techno-commercial discussions to negotiation and deal closure.

- Prepare and review techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and bid submissions.

- Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment on project scope and execution feasibility.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive strategic growth.

- Support project handover and ensure client satisfaction during execution phases.

Preferred candidate profile





- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering systems, including pressure vessels, bulk handling systems, fabrication, erection, and commissioning, MS , SS Tanks of capacity ranging 1000 M3 to 5000 M3 , Structure Strengthening

- Proven experience in project costing, estimation, and bidding for EPC or engineering projects.

- Excellent techno-commercial negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.

- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.

- Ability to independently interpret client requirements and convert them into viable business proposals.

- Valuable understanding of project lifecycle, planning, and execution challenges.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- High level of ownership, initiative, and result orientation.
