We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, distributor development, and revenue growth across Myanmar and Southeast Asian markets . The role involves building solid distributor networks, engaging with government and institutional stakeholders, and leading commercial negotiations to strengthen market presence.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute country-specific business strategies for Myanmar & SEA.
- Identify opportunities for tractors, power tillers, rice transplanters, harvest equipment, and farm implements .
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners .
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share expansion .




- Build relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and financial institutions .
- Support product launches, trade shows, farmer engagement programs, and marketing initiatives .
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Product, Service, and Finance teams .

- 10+ years in international business development, exports, or channel management within agricultural equipment, tractors, or allied industries .
- Proven success in distributor development and market expansion .
- Strong understanding of agricultural mechanization practices in emerging markets .
