? Experience: 3+ years in B2B / Education / Study Abroad / International Recruitment

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Manager to build and manage strong partnerships with education agents, schools, colleges and universities and drive student recruitment and business growth.

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with study-abroad agents and education consultants

• Build partnerships with schools, colleges and educational institutions

- Manage university/institution partnerships and recruitment activities
- Generate new B2B leads and identify business opportunities
- Conduct partner meetings, presentations, seminars and counselling events
- Drive student recruitment through the B2B partner network
- Coordinate with universities and internal counselling/operations teams
- Track partner performance, revenue and student conversions
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key partners





? What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / study abroad / international education

• Solid network among agents, schools, colleges or universities will be an advantage

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Strong business-development and target-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events
- Ability to independently manage and grow a B2B territory/network
